Federation of Small Businesses
This is a social media campaign, organised by the FSB, to map small firms that are #open4biz during the London 2012 Games.
The London 2012 Games is going to be an opportunity for businesses to grow, diversify and innovate due to the influx of tourists to the country. But there has been a lot of news to suggest that businesses are not expecting to do well during this time, and that some may even close for the length of The Games.
The FSB is the UK's leading business organisation with around 200,000 members. It exists to protect and promote the interests of the UK’s Real-Life Entrepreneurs who run their own business.
The FSB provides benefits to members through services including a free 24 hour legal advice line and free business banking. More information is available at www.fsb.org.uk/benefits
It also campaigns to stem the tide of business closures and reverse the trend of the declining high street through its Keep Trade Local campaign because they are integral to their local communities. We want to see a viable future for independent businesses on the high street and work with every level of Government to make sure this rings true.
